Other features are open areas with tables/chairs, party rooms, restrooms, and entry. Parks are in commercial retail space with lease rates running from $3.50 – $24+ per square foot. Sky Zone currently has 157 US licenses sold, 7 Canadian, and Master Franchisees in Mexico and Australia/New Zealand. LOIs are signed for international licenses in Saudi Arabia and the UK. 89 locations are in operation with the remaining in development.

    Sky Zone training team will be on-site at franchisee’s location during the opening time period.
    Monthly operations/franchisee conference calls and training modules available on the company intranet.
    Franchisee is assigned a Regional Business Advisor as their main point ofcontact to assure ongoing support and attention to their business.

    – Build-out: Our team will provide a CAD layout for the park when a building is found and the candidate works with a local architect and GC on the build-out. Sky Zone assigns two superintendents to facilitate the installation of all trampoline fields on-site. The build-out averages 8-10 weeks.

Owners daily activities

Franchise Partners will be active in the business and hire a full management staff. Their daily activities will vary, ultimately focusing on the operations of the park, delivering ‘Wow’ customer service, strategies for growing the business in the community, etc. All of our Franchise Partners chip in at any time to check someone in, assist with a party, monitor a court, clean up park areas, and help with busy moments. This also helps them to understand the responsibilities of their team.
