Parks are in commercial retail space with lease rates running from $3.50 – $24+ per square foot. Sky Zone currently has 157 US licenses sold, 7 Canadian, and Master Franchisees in Mexico and Australia/New Zealand. LOIs are signed for international licenses in Saudi Arabia and the UK. 89 locations are in operation with the remaining in development.

Owners daily activities

Franchise Partners will be active in the business and hire a full management staff. Their daily activities will vary, ultimately focusing on the operations of the park, delivering ‘Wow’ customer service, strategies for growing the business in the community, etc. All of our Franchise Partners chip in at any time to check someone in, assist with a party, monitor a court, clean up park areas, and help with busy moments. This also helps them to understand the responsibilities of their team.
